• Posting the Milwaukee Brighter Futures 2009 Youth Survey on www.milwaukeebrighterfutures.org, www.jwilberg.com, and Facebook in order to disseminate the results to the widest possible audience.  Here’s a link to the report Youth Survey 2009.
• Planning a presentation of the Continuum of Care Point in Time Survey and the 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness to the Milwaukee County Health and Human Needs Committee and the Economic and Community Development Committee in January.  Here’s a link  Milwaukee Point in Time 2009.
• Helping the Waukesha County Drug Free Communities put together a strategic planning retreat scheduled for January 8th.
• Getting an evaluation of the Running Rebels Firearms Program into full gear by meeting with Racine officials to discuss comparison data.
• Reading up on Strengths Based Leadership (Rath & Conchie 2008) to learn more about how to organize really effective teams.  See www.strengths.gallup.com for more info.
