Jan Wilberg will be guest speaker at the WSWC quarterly General Membership meeting to be conducted at WE Energies from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. The WSWC is an innovative coalition effort to place workers in seasonal jobs that will help them gain experience and connect to permanent jobs. Planners & Grant Writers Roundtable Series
The Planners & Grant Writers Roundtable Series provides a forum for nonprofit development and grant writing staff to share successes and challenges, and to keep current on events and technology that impact their work. Sessions are built around a topic, and may include a guest speaker, small group discussion, sharing of information and resources, and networking.
Our next session is July 18, 2012 where the topic is FEDERAL GRANTS. That’s where the big money is for nonprofits and local government. What does it take to win? Jan Wilberg is the presenter along with Bernadette Karanja, Planning Director of the Social Development Commission, two very experienced and successful federal grant writers.
